There are many ways that you can support the work of Taunton Team Chaplaincy

Prayer Friends

Join us by praying for the people our chaplains and Rail Responders meet, and our work. You can ask for the fortnightly Prayer Headlines to be sent to you by email. We have been encouraged by many answers to prayer in the years since we started 11 years ago. You would also be very welcome to join our Wednesday prayer meeting at 10am either in person at the Market House or via a Zoom link.

Email info@tauntontc.co.uk to be added to our prayer team.

Financial Support

You can financially support the work of the Chaplaincy by:

  • You can set up a standing order to make a donation. Most of our costs are regular in nature, so monthly contributions are particularly helpful. You can download and complete form below.

  • Making a one-off donation to our work. As with standing orders, we can also claim gift aid if you are a tax payer and increase the value of your donations.
  • Make a one off donation through Easyfundraising by click on the donate button at the top right of our website
  • Download the form below and return it with the donation to our Treasurer (details on the form)

Please email info@tauntontc.co.uk for more information or if you need any help.

Support us as you Shop

The Chaplaincy has just registered with a tried and tested website called easyfundraising. If you sign up and make an on-line purchase with participating retailers, they will donate a proportion of your purchase, (typically 1%-2%) for free, every time you shop online with one of them.

There are about 6,000 retailers involved (but not Amazon), including all the big names like eBay, John Lewis, Argos, M&S and many more, covering home and garden, fashion, insurance, utilities, electricals, price comparison sites and so on.

After you register with easyfundraising, and shop with participating retailers you get a notification to ask whether you wish to donate in this way. Your donation is not added to the price you pay for the item concerned.
